If a product purchased from us has a defect despite the high quality demands we set for our manufacturers, it goes without saying that we will handle the repairs. In doing so, we check and always notify you in advance as to whether the expected repair costs are covered by the warranty or if costs will be incurred by you. You have these options:

  1. Repair request through our Repair Center

    (Mon - Fri from 9.00 hrs - 17.00 hrs) or write an email to hotline@cancom.at.
    We will contact you to discuss how we should proceed.

You would like to have a product that you did not buy at CANCOM repaired?

Our Repair Center is certified to carry out repairs for the following manufacturers: Apple (Client, iPhone and iPad), Toshiba (except Satellite, Qosmio, Netbooks), Fujitsu Technology Solutions (except Amilo), HP (except Pavilion), Lenovo.
